The only thing we will actually do to your photo is remove it from the packaging, lay it flat on the glass bed of our flatbed scanner and scan a high resolution digital copy. Once the scan is complete we will repackage your photo for its return to you. That's the only time we will need to touch your photo. If you send us your negative we will remove it from the package and handling it only by the edge we will lay it flat in a film holder and insert the film holder into the film scanner. The scanner will scan a digital copy of the photo from the negative. Once the scan is complete the negative will be repackaged for its return to you. Once we have your digital photo on our computer we can make an analysis to see how much work needs to be done to fill your order. This part is free. Your request for a free estimate will be answered by email and at this time we will give you an exact price. Even if you did not ask for a free estimate and just sent an order we will still send you an email at this point with an exact price. Once you agree to the price we will begin the work. We use high end professional software to do the photo editing. Here we can make color corrections, color saturation corrections, contrast adjustments, blemish removal, hair fixes, or what ever you have requested to be done. The great thing about working on a digital photo is that even if a mistake is made with the editing it can be undone and done over correctly. All the while we are doing the photo editing your original photo is safely at your home or packaged to be returned to you. Once we are finished with the photo restoration we will email a copy to you. You can then look it over and see if you are satisfied with our work. If you see even the tiniest little thing that you don't like on your photo all you have to do is email us back with a list of changes. We will continue this process until you are completely happy with your renewed photo. At any time you can just cancel the entire order. All you have to do is send us an email or call and say never mind..cancel my order. If you do decide to cancel we will return your original photo or disc to you immediately and with the up most care. We promise to do the work requested as close to your specifications as possible. If the work you are requesting is not possible we will give you a detailed explanation of the reason. If your request is possible but beyond our abilities we will do our best to direct you to someone that is able to help you. We are looking forward to doing business with you.
