Our GuaranteeOur guarantee is very short and simple. If for any reason you decide that you do not like the work we have submitted to you for approval you can just "walk away" from the order and not pay anything. We may ask you why but that would be only for the purpose of making improvements to our service. We will promptly return any material (photos, discs, etc.) you have furnished and with the up most care. Our greatest concern is to do business with integrity. In order for us to do this type of work our customer must be very satisfied. We want our customers to come back. If for any reason you find problems with the quality or workmanship of your digital photos or prints after you have approved, paid for and received your order we will do our best to correct the situation. We may rework, do over or refund depending on the problem. We will do our best to make sure you are a satisfied customer. |
