| When ordering please tell us in detail what you want
done to your photo. Please be very specific. It will be obvious that the
photo is damaged, faded, scratched, stained, torn or otherwise damaged
but other information like backgrounds, color, hair, makeup or teeth fixes
for instance will need your instructions.

Getting
your photos ready
If you do
not wish to send your original photo you will need to scan it at a minimum
of 300 dpi (higher is better) and save it in one of the following formats.
*.jpeg
high quality setting, *.tiff, *.png, *.raw, *.eps
Once
you have your photo saved on your computer you can simply email it to
us as an attachment. If you would rather send it then you can copy it
to a cd if you have a CD-RW. You could also copy it to a floppy disc if
the photo file size is small enough to fit. Otherwise you can have your
photo scanned and put on a disc at a business that does this service like
Kinko's or OfficeMax. Make sure to instruct the person doing your photo
scan to scan at a minimum of 300dpi. Once you get your photo on a disc
you are ready to package and send. We also accept ZIP or JAZ disc.
All photos, cd, floppy, zip and jaz disc will be returned to you unharmed.
